My husband and I have been here twice now. Both times we sat on the Cantina side for the all day happy hour. The portions of the nachos and fries are amazing for the price. The nacho chips are different than the chips and salsa; they are freshly made chips. I saw some reviews complaining about using the Golden Corral furniture, they changed the tables to new ones on the cantina side. There is plenty of seating. Both times we received great service, great food and everything was reasonably priced on the happy hour menu!

First visit for happy hour at the bar. All day every day happy hour in the bar/Saloon! We had happy hour flautas and carnitas street taco. Both very good. Carnitas had great flavor, flautas was a full plate of guac and salad. Salsa is fresh and spicy. Tasty $6 margaritas and a smooth $7 Long Island. Plenty of great beers on tap too. Bar staff was very friendly and fairly quick service. We will be back to try dinner in the dinning room.

I have read reviews for this place and think some have jumped to quick conclusions. This place has only been open for a very short time. No restaurant opens with everything perfect. Often places will have a soft opening to help work things out. Give them a break and give them a try or two before casting an internet shadow on them. That being said, we were in the area and made a very quick Google maps decision to pull into this parking lot at 11:30. First I was surprised to the size of this place. Rather big restaurant. It’s decided into a bar seating and restaurant seating right in the center. It feels very new but a little on the industrial cafe end with a Mexican modern twist. Many have complained that it is a bit cool inside and we went in on a cool day just after a storm so it was cool outside. On a hot day I think the temperature inside would have been great but not today. We were greeted with a smile and a desire to please. We were seated right away and drink orders were taken. Our drinks arrived moments later and our lunch order was taken. First our appetizer arrived of the happy hour menu. I must mention”Happy Hour everyday all day”. Nachos were amazing. We had a Lunch burrito with carnitas off the lunch menu. We views the dinner menu and it’s in our future. The food was very good. Great presentation. The chicken on the nachos was tender and with flavor. The burrito was good but I like the carnitas a little more crispy. These were a little on the wet side as if soaking in water or juice. Not as pleasing as crispy. Overall. Staff was very attentive. 3 different people checked on us during our short time there and all eager to please. We will definitely be giving this place a try again. Updated review to come. We are optimistic that this place will grow and improve with a little time. I encourage support of what’s to come over time.

We went back and tried the food with a short wait to be seated. We got 5 different plates, and they were all tasty. The fresh Tortillas made the dish for my Camarone Costa Azul, so make sure you ask for them. I'm not sure why they don't come with every plate automatically. First day review: I can only share that logistics needs to be figured out. The first day, jitters are still being worked out. We left after our 30-minute wait turned into 60+ minutes. We will have to give it another try on a different day.

I have seen multiple restaurants come and go in this location, and when I found out El Patron was going to be opening up here, I was super excited based on the great review my coworker gave me! They had their grand opening on June 16th, so we were finally able to try, and we did not have ONE complaint!! The layout is perfectly done, a lot of room, and the customer service is great!! If you have never tried El Patron (1st location is in Riverside, CA), I highly recommend it! Just an FYI, there are only 2 El Patron restaurants with the same owner.... the other restaurants with this name is NOT the same! Happy Eating!!
